	What are the steps needed to use SecureIdentifierGenerator instead of the RandomIdentifierGenerator? I tried using the default constructor but calls to Generate throw the following exception: Required object identifier (OID) cannot be found.

	Once I have the right algorithm to pass into the constructor, I assume I just put that generator in the SamlSettings.IdentifierGenerator property. Is that correct?
