Dear Sir or Madam, 



 - In Visual Studio 2017 the Toolbox is not updating.

 - When Opening a sample, i Always get the message: 
   The file ".. \ .. \ .. \ .. \ LicenseKey.vb" could not be added to the project. 
   There is already a link to "D: \ LicenseKey.vb". A project can not have multiple links to the same file.

-  The designer couldn´t open any winform there is Always an error:
   The designer could not be displayed for this file because none of the included classes can be designed.

-  Warning IDE0006 Error loading project. Some project Features couldnt be loaded

I m using a clean install of Windows 10 1809 and Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 Version 15.9.2

Would you please help me
