Hi, I have purchased UltimateStudio package a few hours ago (15-19 hours ago), and a plimus represetative called me, asked me some questions, and said that my order will be processed within the next few minutes. However, it's been more than 15 hours since then, and I have not received any email yet. Also in my account, there is no download link, or any details in billing history. Can you please check ?
