The bounce inspector component we have installed is giving strange results for the legitimate reply emails sent from Office365, they're getting flagged as hard bounces with the reason 'Mailbox Unknown', I've done a test email from Gmail and replied to an email and that got handled as it should. So I'm not sure why, whether it's some headers office365 adds, or something in possibly in our email signature, is there something to be careful of?

The component is pretty old now, we're using 3.4 (build 3.4.404.1253), their current version is 5.3, but there's not much detail about the versions, or the differences between them and bugs fixed, other than they added some extra definitions in v5.0.

Any help available. Can we upgrade at a reduced rate? or is there an upgrade plan?
