I have to connect to an IDP and they have provided me a URL.
How would I do this? Where would I set the URL?

Sorry for the long delay. It has been a crazy couple weeks on my end, resolving other issues in other projects.
So I’d like to connect to an IDP that has been provided to me.
I have the url for the entityId, signon URL and the certificate.
I have been told that the IDP expects something like this when the logon occurs:
Where would I make the necessary changes to those?
Is the current project accessing the IDP at “/”?

Here are a few issues I ran into:
When opening the solution in visual studios 2015, the following message appeared:
I clicked no and continued on.
Then I set the SP as my starting project and tried to build:
I checked the references of the SP project and found they are no references missing there.
Help please?
