We are attempting to perform identity provider initiated SAML2 SSO where we are the identity provider.  When sending the samlResponse to the service provider, the service provier is telling us that the RelayState property must be set to the same value as the Issuer property.  However, the RelayState is a readonly property.  Is there a way to set this value or at least provide it in the response?  As far as I can tell, ComponentPro SAML2 sets this property automatically to the service provider url.
