In the SAML library I assume there is no way to remove the ProxyCount property from the Scoping object unless I purchase the source code version and do it myself?

As it is a non-nullable int then even if it is not added then it defaults to 0 and is added to the XML for the AuthnRequest. 

Ideally I would like it to be a nullable int which only adds the XML attribute if it is specified.

The reason for this is that AzureAD does not support the ProxyCount property: "The SAML authentication request property 'Scoping/ProxyCount' is not supported."
