 I want to make my PDF so that is cannot be edited. I have set the DocumentSecurity.Permissions to only allow filling in fields but users can still add objects to the document. Is there a way to do this, poerferably without having to sign the document with a certificate?

 I am running UltiamtePdf.dll 3.5.
