 We have 16 developers, one of our products uses FTP and SFTP, not all developers wil be using/modifying the FTP/SFTP code, but each developer might at some point open the project and do some work in there.

 If all developers will not be using the product at the same time in the same project, how many licenses should I be purchasing?
