	Our existing IdP-initiated SAML Response is formatted as:

	<samlp:Response ID="_B844F2B706179BB4D9A71DF1ECDE7C0A" Version="2.0" IssueInstant="2013-10-07T18:42:01.754Z" Destination="https://x.com" xmlns:samlp="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:protocol"><

	 

	The vendor wants us to change it to:

	<samlp:Response xmlns:saml="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:assertion" xmlns:samlp="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:protocol"                Consent="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:consent:unspecified" Destination="https://test.varicentcloud.com:443/SAML/saml/SSO";              ID="feb71fd4409f46b690714525940b35a1" IssueInstant="2012-08-23T23:02:12Z" Version="2.0">

	 

	How can I insert the additional prefix ( xmlns:saml="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:assertion" ) programmaticaly?
