	We are trying to ingegrate our Helpdesk software database with a unique email address that users send problems, requests, etc to. We are wanting to just write a simple Windows service using the IMAP client within the Ultimate Mail componenets, but what we are trying to accomplish is only inserting the reply from the user into our database and not the quoted text, and preferrably not even the signature.

	Is there something built into the mail componenet to do this so we don't have to either source out to a thirdparty plugin to do this or write our own system to parse the email message into parts like we would like?
