client.Connect(ServerName, ServerPort, securityMode)
... fails with a Sockets exception when running from a Win 7 machine.  App runs as Admin, all security we can find is bypassed, Windows firewall is off, no spam or virus scanners running.  Works fine from an XP machine.



Tried other overloads of client.Connect, securityMode = None, ServerPort = 110, no SSL -  nothing works.  Other clients (Outlook) reach the server just fine.
