I am getting an error on an SFTP transfer that I can't understand.  I need to know what "The channel has been closed" means and which end initiates this "closing of the channel"

I can reproduce this error by re-sending the file.

If I use FileZilla, I do not gen an error transmitting the same file to the same server.

It is only occuring on this server as this is where I send large files.
