We are receiving NDRs from certain mail servers that are structured as follows: 
Your message (id 145) was successfully relayed via [...] for delivery to [...]
The Remote mail system does not support confirmation of actual delivery. Unless delivery fails, this will be the only delivery status notification sent.
 
I would expect the .Identified property to be True for these messages, but they are not. Why are these are slipping through the signature database?
