 Implementing a SP-initiated SMAL 2.0 SSL with a client who is using ADFS.

 When using Ultimate SAML AuthnRequest to create the request, there seems to be a mismatch with the protocol binding name.

 Ultimate SAML uses the property name "ProtocolBinding", as in the sample below:

 ProtocolBinding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Redirect"

 However, the client states that he is expecting the property name "xmlns:binding" for the binding info:

 xmlns:binding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:HTTP-REDIRECT" 

 How can I resolve this? I don't have the Ultimate SAML source code to modify, and there does not seem to be any way to add custom properties to the
