Our application has been successfully creating PDF files for our end users for some time now.  But we do have one user that is reporting an odd situation that we would like to get some help on.  The user is creating a PDF report from our application without error, but then when viewing the report in the Adobe Acrobat Reader she is trying to use the File > Save As... function in Acrobat in order to make a copy of her file to her desktop, and it is during this operation that Acrobat is freezing/hanging and reports the error:  "Adobe Acrobat has stopped working".  The user has Acrobat Pro 11.0.0.

The PDF file itself indicates that we are creating a PDF Version 1.5 (Acrobat 6.x), per the Document's Properties > Advanced section.  In this same section of the Properties dialog, our PDF output does _not_ have a PDF Producer entry, whereas PDF output that is produced via (say another application) say "Acrobat Distiller 9.5.5 (Windows)", for example.  Is this significant or at all relevant to why our applications PDF are causing this problem?

Also in the "Additional Metadata..." dialog we see a "Red X" at the bottom of the screen when looking at her document's properties, but there is no indication of what that Red-X error condtion is trying to alert us to.

The icon of the PDF output that is created via our application looks different from the icon associated with a PDF file that are created using the "Adobe PDF"printer found in the Printers collection of other Windows applications.
