I have installed this new package in my local system, and took the new "dlls" and put it in server. The error is now changed. 

"Could not load file or assembly "UltimateFtp, Version=1.9.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null" or one of its dependencies. The located assembly"s manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) -   at UploadEngine....."

1. Should this new package of Ultimate be installed in server?
2. Is PublicKeyToken=null the error?
3. Is Version Conflict the error?
4. Should the program exe be built in 64 bit format?
5. If not, What else could be the error?
